• Unlimited classes in-person and online (a total of four classes per week)
• A recording of the week's online class to facilitate home practice
• Monthly one-on-one 30 minute instructor meetings to gently evaluate and refine your journey
• Monthly Friday evening yoga philosophy talk with discussion
The Sadhana Membership is month to month. Membership is at the instructor's discretion.
